Many people directly take fried food and fruit both at the same time after breaking fast and they become sick and they face many problems like gastric problems, acidity, constipation and many more which can affect their ibadah so one has to break fast with date and later on they can have fruits and after that when they have prayed maghrib they can have some fried food but with rules like taking small bites chewing it properly and eat less than your appetite and with fried item we can use mint chutney for digestion and so on we can take care and secondly one should not drink plenty of water right after breaking fast and don’t drink water after fried items.
