For making Talbina

Ingredients

Barley

Milk

Honey

Fresh Cream (optional)

 Take 1 cup barley soaked overnight and add 1/2 litter milk and after the milk is boiled cook barely and cream. cook it on low flame until it thickens like kheer and it is ready it take 20 mins maximum. Add honey afterwards for sweetness and it is ready to serve.
