And the main important symptoms are pain in the left arm and it will come from pinky finger tip to the upper side with cold sweats and it is more than normal sweating but the skin will be cold and pains in jaws and patients will feel like vomiting. In many cases of diabetic patients, women, old age they do not feel chest pain they sometimes feel palpitations and may feel remaining symptoms.
