We can use dates water which is also called nabeez or anjeer water or raisin water or honey water it is prophetic juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we replace sugar with honey we will get good health, clear skin, improvement of digestion and the whole month of Ramzan you will feel energetic and you will be forever feeling healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to make dates juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take 3 to 4 dates wash them and soak them for 3 to 4 hrs remove the seeds and grind it in the same water in which you have soaked it and freeze for 15 to 20 min serve chilled for better taste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anjeer juice is better before sleep for piles patients, diabetic patients or constipation, anemic patients etc there should be 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep you can consume anjeer juice in between.
